The Gardens is pleased to announce that our community was recently recognized at the 2016 News-Leader Best of the Ozarks awards ceremony. Based on the Springfield News-Leader’s annual reader’s poll, these prestigious awards recognize the people, places and things that make the Ozarks special.

Readers voted The Gardens as Best Assisted Living in the Ozarks for the second year in a row, and for runner-up as the Best Retirement Community of the Ozarks. On Jan. 26, our community team members Denise Eleiott, Connie Garrison, Jennifer Storey and Amanda Johnson attended a special awards ceremony.

“This is a big honor for our assisted living community,” said Eleiott, executive director of The Gardens. “We work every day to serve our residents and ensure we provide a great retirement experience in our independent, assisted living and memory care communities. It means a lot that News-Leader readers have selected us as their favorite assisted living community in the region.”
